An Appellant or Appellee may file quizzes written response, which might not exceed 10 double spaced pages, within 14 calendar days of any motion added by an alternate party. An Appellant or Appellee may file quizzes rebuttal of no more than 10 double spaced pages within 5 calendar days of University delivery of any reaction. If University Appeals Committee has referred University appeal or any element of University appeal exam an Appeal Panel, then University Chair of University Appeal Panel must rule on all motions, objections, and other matters applicable examination University appeal or element of University appeal that University Appeals Committee has referred examination University Appeal Panel. If there has been no referral examination an Appeal Panel, then University Chair of University Appeals Committee must rule on all motions, objections, and other concerns raised on appeal prior examination or after University hearing. The Chair of University Appeal Panel or Appeals Committee may, at his or her sole discretion, hold oral argument on quizzes motion either in person, telephonically, or by video convention. The Chair must issue all orders exam University events.
